Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is the art of becoming very still in postures and allowing the body to unravel itself.
This is taught as a 6-week course:
You will learn a powerful sequence of postures that can be performed easily at home, even in bed!
Each posture is held for 2-5 minutes, gradually going deeper into releasing tensions that are held deeply in the connective tissues. Yin Yoga is a very quiet and healing practice, suitable for deepening your existing practice,
opening restrictions deep in the joints, post-injury/trauma healing,
postpartum or just for the pleasure of going very deep and becoming still.
By the end of the 6 weeks, you will be able to
easily do this practice yourself for the rest of your life.
