This is taught as a 6-week course:
Build strength, flexibility and the ability to move deeply into a sense of increasing freedom, joy and stillness.
Breathe deeply and correctly, finding ease in more demanding poses.
This course will enable you to practise yoga asana safely, according to your own need and ability and be confident in joining any class or do your own practise at home.
