Yoga is an ancient art of self healing and development.

Yoga can be used by anybody, no matter what age or physical condition, to improve our quality of life by healing and strengthening the body and mind. Once a practice is learnt, it can easily be done at home. Naturally, benefits and ability increase as we do it more regularly.

I offer various classes, courses and techniques, ranging from very physically strong to very still and meditative, from deep, healing and quiet to very light, active and fun.

Regular classes and workshops are held at Peredur, East Grinstead.

“Kirsten started practising yoga in 1988 and qualified as a Sivananda yoga teacher in 1989. She fell in love with the flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 1991, through the generous teaching of Raphael Daborah and Danny Paradise.  Fully inspired, she travelled to study in Mysore, India in 1995, with Sri BNS Iyengar  a direct student of the late Sri T Krishnamacharya.  She started teaching in 1996 and has since had the pleasure of holding yoga classes and workshops in UK, Germany, India, America, Denmark, Hong Kong, El Salvador and Guatemala and hopes to continue with this until she is very old.”
